The system&#039;s star is a Class G2V main sequence entity, placing it roughly at 4.5 billion years old. Starfleet stellar cartography has designated the star as &#039;&#039;Omega Seti Majoris&#039;&#039;, which is situated some 141 light years from Earth. Two planets reside in the system, along with a small Category 3 asteroid field that has formed on the outer fringes and believed to have been a third planet at one time.<br /> <br /> Omega Seti Majoris I, more commonly referred to by its proper name [[Azandria]], orbits the star at an average distance of 160,145,239 kilometers. Azandria has a terrestrial atmosphere and is the only known [[Class M]] world in the sector. It has one large moon called Phyria.<br /> <br /> Omega Seti Majoris II, known as Rama (from ancient Azandria ruins), is a [[Class I]] gas supergiant that orbits the system&#039;s star at over 600 million kilometers away. It is some 3 million km in diameter, with an atmosphere that is approximately 94 percent di-methenate. Rama has 21 moons of various sizes and classes.
