Communications Duty Uniform

The Linguist Officer is one who can, on the spot, figure out new languages. Linguists come in particularly handy on away missions where the Universal Translator does not or cannot function. The Linguist Officer reports to the Chief Communications Officer and/or Assistant Chief Communications Officer.
