Advanced holographic decoy array

The Advanced Holographic Decoy Array is one of the newest things to come out of Starfleet R&D. It is basically a large hologram emitter that is coupled to an independent power supply or to a station's generators for projection and initialized from the tactical systems. It can be used to create decoys and other such things for a station. When used properly, it is a major asset.
