Nari

The Nari are a race of sentient arachnids, and are not capable of speech as we know it but do communicate, travel, and co-exist with bipedal species. The Nari are relatively small (about the size of a man's hand) and often mistaken for the nonsentient types of spiders found on most developed worlds, making it difficult for them to be accepted in modern society.
