The Counselor's Aide helps keep all the matters of the Counseling Department in order. They assign appointments for anyone needing them, run the waiting room/reception area for patients where applicable and act as the Chief Counselor's personal assistant where necessary. This position is typically found only on larger ships or bases and can be filled by enlisted personnel.
