Planet Q

Planet Q is the lone Class M planet orbiting the white main sequence star Strom 267. The Federation established a colony here in the early 23rd Century. By the 2360s, the planet was a large producer of agricultural products developed using agroecology principles.

Capt. James T. Kirk and the USS Enterprise were doped to come visit the planet in 2266, in an effort to have Kirk help identify the infamous Gov. Kodos of Tarsus IV.

In 2383, the planet suffered a catastrophic earthquake on it's northern continent. Several Federation ships, including the U.S.S. Sanctuary, responded to the emergency.
