Treaty of Bajor

The Treaty of Bajor was the official document agreed upon by the Dominion-Breen forces and the victorious Federation Alliance in 2375 that effectively ended the Dominion War. (DS9: "What You Leave Behind")

Stipulations in the treaty included:

• The surrender of the Female Changeling to the custody of the United Federation of Planets.
• The re-establishment of an independent and sovereign Cardassian Union and the Demilitarized Zone.
• The end of the occupation of the Cardassian Union by the Dominion and Breen Confederacy.
• The immediate withdrawal of all Dominion ships and personnel in the Alpha Quadrant to the Gamma Quadrant.
• No military incursions into the Gamma Quadrant by any of the Alliance members.
