The Type 11 Disrupter is the latest weapon to join the arsenal of the Klingon Defence Force. Packing an enormous mount of firepower the power requirements for firing this disrupted are so great that it cannot be fired at warp and these can only be mounted aboard the KDF's heaviest vessel, the Negh'var class, designed to heavily damage sheilds and puncture through armour the Type 11 is a disrupter not to be trifled with.
