Consulate

Consulates are very similar to that of embassies. They provide the same services and are the sovereign property of their government's. The only difference mostly seen as that while embassies are run by Ambassadors, Consulates are run by Chargé d'Affairs'. Thus, Consulates are not able to speak directly on behalf of their government's.
