Fatigues are the clothes generally worn by Marines; whether it be training, live action or just day to day activities. Fatigues consist of many different types of clothing which can be mixed and matched depending on the individual Marine or the situation they are presented with.

All fatigues are printed with special disruptive patterns issued depending upon deployment to temperate, desert, jungle and urban areas. The disruptive pattern of the fabric is printed in at least three colours dependent upon design, and the different dyes used in the print process are each designed to absorb infrared radiation at different wavelengths, effectively disrupting the wearers IR signature.

The following items are part of the standard marine fatigues:

Cap or Cover

Worn on the head this is designed mainly to hold back any loose strands of hair rather than offer any form of protection. This is not normally worn during missions in favour of the M76 Helmet

T-Shirt

This is a standard piece of clothing which is generally worn at all times under any other piece of clothing or equipment or worn by itself. It is a simply designed plain green T-Shirt.

Shirt

A standard shirt which can either have the sleeves rolled up or worn down. There are multiple pockets designed to hold extra equipment or general items.

Gloves

Leather gloves with the fingers cut away to better allow the pulling of a trigger. These are designed to offer better grip while holding a weapon or climbing as well as protecting the hands against rough or sharp surfaces.

Trousers

Standard trousers with multiple pockets designed to hold extra equipment or general items.
