Lunar One Colony was the largest human outpost on Luna, Earth's moon, in the 22nd century.
As the Earth starship Enterprise (NX-01) unwillingly traveled to the 1940s of an alternate timeline in 2154, it tried to hail Lunar One Colony after it received no reply from Earth. After the death of Vosk and the destruction of his time conduit (thereby restoring the timeline), the Enterprise successfully hailed Lunar One Colony, their first sign that they had returned to the right time.
