Another year down

Today marks the start of our 5th year as a crew.
Every time this comes around I am amazed at how far beynd my own initial expectations we've come as a sim. I'd expected maybe a year or two at most befor things went south but here we are, 4 years have passed and we're still here and going strong with us getting our first Theta fleet Gold merit and several of our players getting Theta fleet 'of the month, quarter and year' awards.
Here's to many more years together and many more awards.
After quite a lot of deliberation my Captains personal merit for this year goes to Raymond. His stepping up to become the ships Xo has been an incredible assest to me and the sim as a whole and I have come to rely on his knowledge and 'always there' attitude.
My hopes for this years are to within the next few months finish our current mission with our successful escape from this null space labyrinth and onto a new and exciting mission.
Thank you for all your hard work this year despite the world falling apart around us

I am glad to see the Wolff under your leadership has been able to survive five years, and I hope many more to come. I have been in various positions with the Wolff over the years, and helped bring you XOs in the form of Azmaria (briefly) and Kim.
I know that I wrestled with being the unspoken "Second Officer" when Kim was XO, and refused to take it in character, and that it was not likely I'd take XO when Kim passed away, but it was definitely something Kim would have wanted, and it has been a pleasure to be XO.
