Barber

Position Description

Though you may be in space and have the ability to no longer suffer a common cold, your hair will still continue to grow (for most species that have hair at any rate).

The Barber of a starship or facility is not only important to the adult customers, but also the children. Hair-cutting was thought to be difficult in the best of circumstances on Earth back in the old days, but now with the introduction of other species with different hair growth speeds, hair types, lengths, color and so on, being a Barber could be quite complicated if someone doesn't know what they're doing.

Barbers serving in the Federation will be usually found on Starfleet vessels with a larger crew complement or are away from docks for long periods of time, or on starbases/stations.
