Cerberus II

Cerberus II (Eta Lupi II), the second planet of the Cerberus System, is a Class M world in the Beta Quadrant. It is home to the Cerebusians, a race known for their advances in medicine and medical research.

During the 2350s, Admiral Mark Jameson of Starfleet was able to negotiate a treaty with the Cerebusians to share medical technology. One of their most sought after discoveries was the Cerebusian rejuvenator, a process known to reverse the effects of aging in certain humanoids. Jameson himself underwent the treatment for Iverson's Disease, but deviated from the prescribed methods and took the drugs all at once. This ultimately led to his death. (TNG: "Too Short A Season")
