Compact Torpedo Launcher

The Compact Torpedo Launcher is a type of Romulan Torpedo Launcher. It is designed for vessels where space is at a premium, capable of firing two rounds per second, the torpedo launcher is considered, as most Romulan technology is, highly efficient in comparison to it's size and as it is primarily deployed on scout vessels, it also operates on a very low heat basis, to enable better cloaking of the ship immediately prior to firing. The heat signature from a freshly fired tube is not visible to sensors through a cloak.
