Devoras

Devoras is a Class M world located deep in Romulan space, in the Onias Sector. It orbits the red star of a trinary star system also called Devoras. It is a major supply and military waypoint, with both surface and orbital shipyards. It has played a vital part for centuries in the wars between the Romulan Star Empire and the Klingon Empire. As one Starfleet observer put it, Devoras is "one large armed camp". There are extensive logistic stores, training facilities and barracks for Reman troops.

Devoras is also home to The Romulan War College and the 14th Command Fleet.

The planet's environment is sub-tropical for the most part, with extended dry seasons and monsoon seasons. There are almost no beaches on Devoras, with the land masses seemingly rising straight out of the oceans with many coastlines several hundred meters above sea level.

Following the destruction of Romulus in 2387, several wings relocated to Devoras which allowed the rebuilding of the 23rd Command Fleet. Several senatorial fleets also reside here, although not all of their ships are completely servicable.
