Dramia II

Dramia II is a small Class M planet located in the Dramian System of the Beta Quadrant. During the 2230s, the Dramians established a colony there. In 2251, the Federation launched a massive inoculation effort led by Dr. Leonard McCoy. Unfortunately, shortly after they left, the planet was ravaged by the auroral plague which nearly wiped out the colony. Nearly 20 years later, Dr. McCoy was arrested and charged with intitating the plague. Aided by the USS Enterprise, Dr. McCoy was able to clear his name once it was discovered that the plague was actually triggered by the planet's aurora borealus. He was also able to develop a cure from the same antibodies used to treat Saurian fever.
