Magnolia Oaks

History

Magnolia Oaks is a winery owned by Peter Ard, maternal grandfather of Lt Austin Greenwood. Having started 1 year after First Contact with the Vulcans, the Ards, or the Jensens then, had decided to make wines with something other than grapes. Burt Jensen had always enjoyed his wife's strawberry wine, and everyone raved about it, so they made it to sell. Surprisingly, it did rather well and Magnolia Oaks was born. They began to grow wild strawberry buses on their land and use the fruit from them to give the wine its rather unique flavor.

Eventually, the idea was given to add cinnamon to it and it sold even faster. Soon, they began experimenting with the wines, creating different varieties of Strawberry, Cherry, and Raspberry. During the last century the Sally Jensen, now Sally Ard, began to experiment with mead, creating mead, mead lite, and mead lager. It is very popular in the Klingon Empire where much of the population has a sweet tooth. Listed below is a full list of wines and meads.
