The micro communication and encryption cracking device was created by Lieutenant Andrew Gray of the USS Talleyrand at the beginning of it's 3rd mission it was something he had just put together as an idea based upon his love for the 21st century James Bond series. The mission involved an undercover operation on a ship run by pirates in the neutral zone. And the Lieutenant thought he could make a way to be able to communicate easily from the ship as well as un-encrypt any relevant data on the pirates computers.

The device is basically a compilation of the communication array of a commbadge, a micro-chip containing an advanced encryption cracking program, an upgraded CPU and a simple touch-based interface used to activate the features of the device. It\'s unique design allowed it to be powered by and masked by the users natural neuro-electrical activity. It is inserted into the users wrist, has an easy to use touch interface and can be used for communication (One tap), cracking encryption algorithms (Two taps), and is masked and powered by the users neuro-electronic activity.
