Similar to torpedoes, but with a reduced yield to accommodate advanced manoeuvring and navigational systems for close-range tactical purposes. Equivalent to micro-photon torpedoes in destructive capability. This technology was taken from the Borg in the Delta Quadrant by the USS Voyager.
