Supplemental Holographic Bartender

The Supplemental Holographic Bartender (or SHB) is a sophisticated hologram developed in 2382 by Senior Chief Petty Officer William Royce and Lieutenant William Halsey of Starbase 3. The SHB was created by duplicating the Mark IV Emergency Medical Hologram assigned to the starbase, then modifying its personality subroutines and adding numerous drink and food recipes. To keep the programs size in check, many of the medical subroutines were deleted, but a large number were left intact. In addition, the appearance of the program was "tweaked" (in the words of USS Endurance Lounge Manager Matt Dominguez) to make her more attractive.

The first (and so far only) SHB unit is Meyrin Hawke of the USS Endurance. She appears as a Human female approximately 1.6 meters tall, with long reddish hair pulled into twin ponytails. Her default appearance includes a shirt, a skirt, and a pair of shoes. She can, however, be programmed to "wear" virtually any clothing imaginable.
