Terrachian

A species of telepathic/telekinetic humanoids hailing from the planet Terrach, which is located in the Romulan Neutral Zone.

Terrachians look exactly the same as humans. Though the ability is not always well developed, Terrachians have the potential to be stronger telepaths than Betazoids.
