The Tholian Assembly is the government of a race of crystalline beings that inhabit a region of space bordering the Federation and the Klingon Empire, known as Tholians.
In 2152, the Assembly was a faction fighting in the Temporal Cold War.
In 2373, the Tholian Assembly signed a non-aggression pact with the Dominion, and remained neutral during the war.
