The Ryuu Confederacy's Tobos Class is the smallest, and fastest starship they posses. She is designed to function as a fast scout, providing advanced information back to larger groups of Ryuu starships on enemy locations, but the class can also be used for non-military functions. It is almost unique in that only this class and Ryuu Fighters do not feature a priest aboard their manifests, and is one of only a handful of starships who do not carry a detachment from the Zedarak aboard her.
