Tousen IV Convention

The Tousen IV Convention is an interstellar treaty regarding the treatment of developing worlds. In effect, it is a multi-governmental version of the Prime Directive. By 2382, signatories of the Tousen accords include the United Federation of Planets and the Ferengi Alliance.
