The Trialas System is located in the Beta Quadrant, between the Klingon Empire and territory once under the control of the Orion Syndicate. It contains four planets, of which only the last, Trialas IV is inhabitable.
During the 22nd Century, the system was located in a lawless frontier of space called the Borderlands.
