A nice relaxing trip to the spa

With Radak taking over for the day Taliserra had some time to herself, it would only be a couple of days more till they crossed the federation border and arrived in the region of space occupied by the Yatal and Kurai and she was already nervous as hell and desperatly needed to relax. After asking her mother very nicely to take Lashell for the day she'd gone for a run in the ships gymnasium. As she ran she thought about the offer Kallen had made her of a trip to a spa program he had.

"Computer open a channel to Lieutenant Navore." she called out

The computer beeped and sent a chirp to Kallens combadge.

=^= Navore here.=^= He chimed in as he was working his resistance excersizes and Tai Chi style meditations.

=/\=Kallen, it's Taliserra, you mentioned a spa holoprogram a while ago, does that offer still stand?=/\=

Navore straightened and a grin on his face.

=^= I know of a couple of Hot Spring Spa type programs, There is one on Signus Alpha that has quite the reputation. You will be pampered with the hot springs and support staff that will see to every need.=^= Navore put forth the idea. =^= Just tell me when yo are ready and I will supply the relaxation.=^=

The scene of Signus Alpha and the red sun kept things warm enough but the slight bit of added humidity in the air was the give away. The ever present hint of Natural Hot Springs with the Bamboo style porch as the outer entrance of the Spa.

This one that Navore had chosen had a few perks; it was more modern but had the old world feel to it, the decor screamed a bit of nature with wood paneling and bamboo type accents, but the facility had all the modern amenities.

Navore wore a pair of cargo shorts with an almost loud flowered tropical shirt. He stood by the entrance waiting for the arch to open and his guest to arrive.

The doors opened and Taliserra stepped through, she wore a just below the knee spring dress that showed off the spots across her legs and shoulders. She smiled when she saw Kallen. "Hey Kallen."

Navore had kept count of the spots a few times in the past; he admitted he liked the sight but he also noticed a rather 'new' scar on her right shoulder. He would have to take care if he gave her a shoulder relaxing massage, but a Gentleman does not blurt out something like asking where an obviously painful scar came from.

"Glad you could make it." He took and kised her hand as gentlemen should. "You look very pretty." He did take the time to survey her in the dress; it would be a pity not to show the lady's efforts were well recieved. "Your time of pampering and relaxing awaits." He gesture toward the entrance. "It seems we have the place and staff all to ourselves." Navore joked.

Taliserra stepped inside, the spa looked incredibly nice and very old. "This is a very nice looking place Kallen."

"Thank you , glad you like it." Navore winked. "SO where do you want to start, the hot spring or having a massage knock out some of those kinks before a good soak?" He smiled. "The time is yours."

"I think a quick dip then a massage would be just right." Taliserra replied.

"Changing area is to the left for the lady and I will go right and meet you in the hot spring." He gave a slight bow. "Ladies always first." He allowed her to proceed him, nice way to see the spots and dress from the back before going to change.

Stepping into the changing room Taliserra had the computer replicate her a bikini as she'd not thought to bring one, slipping of her dress she changed into the swimwear, making sure everything was fastened properly and tying her long hair up into a bun she walked out and followed the signs for the hot spring.

Navore was already relaxing in the Pool, about the size of a good spa for maybe a half dozen comfortably; four to recline and just open for total basking for two. He looked up to see the blue and white Bikini 'Talley' had worn. It reminded him of clouds spread thin and mingling with the sky on a clear day. He smiled and rose with his black swim trunks that were not much longer than a standard pair of running shorts.

"You look like a woman ready to have the water ease away the day?" He offered a hand to help he into the water. "I have an order for some Juice and fruit mix to help just relax?" He hoped his taking some liberties would go over well. "The water is just the right temperature, the pools here are similar in temperature to those on Trill. The reason I choose this program actually.

"You have no idea how ready." Taliserra said, taking Kallens hand she stepped into the water instantly feeling a warm tingle across her spots as she sunk down to her shoulders.

Navore eased down next to her. "The rule is no talking shop; no letting the weight of Command into the water and only things that can be good conversation are allowed." He teased as he looked to her. "I am glad you made the time, I will be sure you are not going to regret it." He winked and playfully nudged her. "They say if you relax enough you can float."

"Might have a little trouble with that." She said. "It has been hard to relax recently."

"There are ways around that." Navore said calmly. "Relaxing is something that your body knows how to do , it is your mind that holds it up" He snickered. "May I?" He held up his right hand. "One hand and the process can start."

Given her previous experience with men Taliserra was a little uncertain but she knew Kallen, he was a friend and would never hurt her, she shifted infront of him and turned away from him. "Go ahead."

Navore knew that at the base of the skull where it meets the neck are the two major muscles that hold the head straight and all, there is a type of 'groove' down the center of the neck and if one places a finger there and on each side of the muscles with some light caressing pressure it will stimulate a pleasant feeling that lulls the head to relax and because it is at the spine connection the nerves will send goose pimples down the back in a fun way. It is a type of deep penetrating massage to get the body to begin to relax.

Taliserra felt another tingle down her spots as Kallen ran his fingers across her neck. "mmhh that does feel good."

"Here is where it gets near sleepy time." Navore warned.

Using only the thumb and first two fingers me made a 'sweeping' motion from her neck along her shouldes with a caressing pressure rather than 'Kneading the shoulder yet. This was to stimulate blood flow and start to relax the muscles enough that he could follow through with the gentle kneading of her shoulders and base of the neck.

Taliserra's head lolled to the side just a little before she regained control and bought it back up. "I think it's working." She said.

"Then I better not give you the back masage or I might have to help you tread water" He teased playfully. "You could use me as a type of pillow for a bit if you need?" He asked. "It worked a few times in the past?"

"That it did, we had some good times back at the academy." Taliserra remarked.

"Well; if you like we can see if it still works? "He chuckled and offered his shoulder like he had so many times before. "Just take a load off your mind."

Taliserra chuckled slightly then lay back resting her head on Kallen's shoulder.

"That's my girl ." Navore said before placing a kiss on the top of her head. "A little quiet time is deserved by every Commanding Officer."

The kiss was a little unexpected and Taliserra tensed up just a little before gradually relaxing again. "I agree, just have to find that time."

Navore was giving her the Personal touch; while they had been quite close before he hoped to be just a close friend right now. He treated her as he would any member close to his heart; Bajorans only let 'Family and 'Very Close' friends be on a first name basis. One almost had to be considered family for no correction is given to the person using his 'first name' as that is the tradition and 'Talley' Knew that well.

"Enjoy the moment." Navore whispered. "The Prophets always teach to enjoy the moment for the peace between events." He smiled. "Enjoy the little thongs and you will see how they stack up into bigger things as they pass." He was relaxed from the moment he entered the Pool; a few moments with her and the warmth of the water were soothing and he would follow his own advice.

"mmhh I have missed this, I'm so glad you're back within easy reach." Taliserra said.

"Anytime..." He told her . "Anytime you like."
