Bandi

The Bandi lived on Deneb IV. Around 2364, they captured an injured lifeform that could change energy into matter. They enslaved and made it turn into Farpoint Station. Its mate came to Deneb IV to free it. It attacked the nearby Old Bandi City. The U.S.S. Enterprise-D, which was in orbit, realized what was going on and helped it. Its mate and it soon left the area.
