Bringloid V

Bringliod V is the last planet in the Bringloid System, located in the Ficus Sector. It was settled by Human Neo-transcendentalists, mostly of Irish decent, in 2164. They were transported there by the DY-500-class colony ship S.S. Mariposa. The colony they established survived due to there ability to grow everything they needed for food, clothing, and shelter. They soon began calling themselves the Bringloidi.

By 2365, the colony was in danger of being destroyed due to the increased solar flare activity by the system's star. They transmitted a call for help, which was answered by the U.S.S. Enterprise-D. All 223 colonists were successfully evacuated and relocated to the Mariposa Colony.
